Caregiver TeleConnection
The Caregiver Teleconnection is a free, safe, and confidential program that uses the telephone to connect family caregivers with trusted professionals and other caregivers. “Tele-learning” sessions are available on a variety of hot topics and feature physicians, attorneys, social workers and other experts with information you need. These group sessions last about one hour and can be accessed from anywhere using your telephone: no needs to get dress up, to find transportation, or to get a sitter.

Go to www.caregiverteleconnection.org or call 866-390-6491 to get a calendar of upcoming sessions or register to become a member at no cost.
The Caregiver Teleconnection is funded through a grant from the Harry and Jeannette Weinberg Foundation and the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.

The GIVE Program
WellMed employees are also dedicated to giving back to the communities where they work and live. The GIVE Program allows WellMed employees to contribute directly to the WellMed Charitable Foundation to support charities in all WellMed communities. The GIVE campaign has contributed more than $1.1 million since it started in 2008.
